 Perilous Quickened OverloaderIt gives +10% elec temp and -5% crit chance, arguably worse than OS6. Is it meant to be this bad?

 This is intended, the Unstable Quickened Overloader, Perilous Quickened Overloader and Perilous Quickened Modifier all have their stats based on what the balance sheets allows them to have.
