If you're in yellow stasis, hit R to open the reclaim ship dialog and then close it, hitting enter will still make you re-enter your ship.

Yes, of course I know that. I don't think you understand what the bug is. It shouldn't re-enter your ship without the dialog open.

Thank you for the report This is a known issue with generic option lists. The x in the top right corner doesn't actually close the dialogue, it only makes it disappear visually, so hitting enter after clicking the x will make it actually act on the dialogue options. It is in our bug tracker already

There's another similar bug dealing with focus. If you press R to bring up the window, then open up the chat bar, pressing Enter to send a message will also accept the dialog.
