So I am a SD, and maneuverability is absolutely critical to my success. I have noticed an inconsistency in control that has been impairing my ability to maneuver for a long time. It has to do with turning while thrusting.

1. While continuously thrusting using the up arrow key, I can turn both clockwise and counterclockwise with the arrow keys.
2. I can turn both directions with the "a" and "d" keys, thrusting with both the "w" and up arrow key AND firing a weapon.
3. While continuously thrusting with the up arrow key AND firing a weapon, I can no longer turn counterclockwise using the left arrow key.

I don't know when exactly this started, but it has caused me quite a bit of grief for a long time.

Your keyboard might not be able to support so many commands at once.

But then why does it work when I use the A and D keys instead of arrow keys? I also think it may have happened after an update, but it was so long ago I don't remember. That update might have been c2.

Dunno man, look up your keyboard and see if it has anti-ghosting or something like that.

I think you need a mechanical keyboard as from how you are describing your issue it seems you have a standard keyboard which has issues doing multiple commands at once depending the keys being pressed.

Cheap keyboards don't have every key wired individually. This happens to me on my laptop. Certain key combos don't work. Buy a gaming keyboard.

Its just the circuitry, used to find this issue annoying a lot during windows 98 days where you have a split screen game and both use the same keyboard.
