They got rid of it. The skills dont do anything after 20 |

Hey ahil, I think the reason was that those skills weren't very fairly balanced above level 20. Sniper was getting a ton of DPS while Gunner was getting basically nothing. So they capped them at 20 with the class rebalance and as DS says, they don't do anything at all above 20 now. |
