We've looked into this issue and found the problem the kit contains player gear, this has been fixed now and should go in the next patch. Thanks for posting this issue.

Hi I'm starting to learn how to build a base, but I in the quest "Build a base". When I make a base using the Loaded Attached Academy Starter Kit, I can't get any certificate for the quest in the base. I tried to build 2 bases, wihile disconnecting and reconnecting between them, trying to check in between their storage to see if it appear, but nothing... Been stuck in there trying to find a solution for a hour. Well, if it's possible in the meanwhile to give me a Certificate of New Base Ownership, it would be nice, so I can finish the mission. Thank you. |

It's possible you are deploying the wrong kit, and a different kit has the certificate on it. I have a spare certificate in storage I think I can give you. |

As I said, I'm sure I used the good kit, because I did it several times, even checking in the wiki, I saw the certificate should get out from the Loaded Attached Academy Starter Kit, I'm sure it was the good one, but it didn't give me the certificate. Anyway, thank you very much if you got it, it can make me progressing in the line quest :3 |

The certificate of ownership seems to be bugged again. It's not in any stations I place when I try looking for it. Both academy station kits sold in Building Academy also have a Firstline in them, which is a shield for ships and not bases. |

Had a check again and the shield has been replaced with a base variant. The patch still hasn't happened, reason why this is still a issue. |
