Fixed for next patch.
Instead of spamming All chat, Timmy will now do his shout in All chat only once at the start of each phase. |

Uhhh i actually dont have a problem with him spamming all chat, will get more people involved. The point of the all chat chant is so that people knows he lurking about.

I'm fine with him doing a bit of spam before he's found, but then just once per phase seems OK?

He shouts once when spawned, once when attacked and once upon his death. The duplicated shout is the one where he is attacked, and happens when Aveksaka attack him. It should get a cooldown of some sort for sure.

This only applies to the "Pitiful humans.." shout, which will now happen a maximum of five times in a successful kill. All the other shouts are unchanged.
Any NPCs shooting Timotheus shouldn't cause him to shout anything. |
