Don't know why, but I just had like half or more of my ships go missing on a char, one of which being a Thatch with most of my augs/BPs on it. my brother said it happened to him as well, and even his main ship just disappeared. Don't know if this has happened to anyone else or not, but if it could get looked into and the ships restored (if possible) that would be great. |

I can unfortunately confirm this. While it hasn't happened to my account, one of my friends accounts lost virtually all of his docked ships. The only ships that weren't lost were the ships that weren't docked. And whats stranger still, when he bought a new ship after about a day, it disappeared as well. Still a bit early on this one to speculate, but it happened right after the most recent patch, not sure if its related. |

Sorry for the delay answering the forum post. I'll admit i have not been keeping track of it compared to ticket and discord. All the ships lost during that 30hours period are safe and sound and can be fully recovered by contacting me via discord https://discord.gg/starsonata or via support ticket http://support.starsonata.com/ I can't confirm if those mentioned in this topic were recovered yet or not since no character names were provided, but so long as they were lost to the bug they can be recovered at any time via the methods provided in the previous sentence. |
