I finely have found the problem with the maps. I can now make a texture for anything now. so here is this one..... I am really happy now. |

Your UV map is a little off. Well, the UV map is probably fine, but the way you textured it, there are some untextured areas. The reason for using a high contrast background when you texture is so you can see any misalignments with the texture in relation to the UVs. I've attached a render and a layout to show what i'm talking about. Attachment: SBU_side.jpg Attachment: SBU_textureUV_issue.jpg Depending on what image editing software you use, I can give you some tips for making the UV lines really clean. |

Hey i will take all the tips you can give. however that texture was made when i first posted the ship. i have gotten better. but feel free to gives times. And i use photoshop to make the map, and i import the map strait from the model so the uv map and texture have a perfect fit. How ever i only learned how to do that in resent texturing. |
