Antimatter feedback
Has anyone tried using the blackhole generator weapons recently since they were patched? Can I get some feed back on what players think of them?

Re: Antimatter feedback
I think nobody actually uses them... at least I've never used them and I don't know anyone that does.

Re: Antimatter feedback
I dont think the damage compensates for how difficult they are to use.
Maybe more tracking, and make it so they dont start like pulses.
*EDIT*
Much better than they used to be, but definitely need another increase in some stats to make it a little easier to use.

Re: Antimatter feedback
I dunno if your intentions are to let them be multifired or not, but I'd like that so I could use them on my zerker. They do quite nice damage so far for their difficulty, but they only seem to work well for slow targets.

Re: Antimatter feedback
That does seem to be one slight issue. The gun right now could only be used to success at all by snipers, speed demons and "maybe" gunners.
Slaves can't use them to good effect and Zerkers can't MF them.

Re: Antimatter feedback
I tried them out with my zerker but lost interest when I found they could not MF.

Sybir wrote: i tested antimattery device and bbhg, they both work nice, just im not sure if damage from augs is added I think it is, i got 300 per shot at maximum range on Mzungu blackhole generator (2-200 listed dmg) On a side note, the dmg is actually alright. Just the fact that you need to be at max range to do that damage which would be fine but the wep doesn't have any tracking which makes it very difficult to even hit stationary targets at the max range.

Re: Antimatter feedback
i like BBHG, but still not useable. A new curve damage to range would make it much better, so more your range the higher your damage (the curve seems a bit linear to me right now). A bit tracking would be nice like on Space Blue Gamme Weapon, but not really importent, since the bullet gets really huge on the way. ( It is a tech 20 weapon thats not really in the line with the other tech20 weapons) So please improve it. It would also nice to see the other damage types with the same improvement like the BBHG not eq. of course but in the line ( Vazaha Blackhole). What about Faranji blackhole and paxian blackhole??
