Wow, in that case who gives a fuck about CG. If you can die 10 times in a row and only pay about 10-20m worth in credits, why do we even have sheilds. Lol
Idk, maybe I am not seeing it. - Paxx _________________ Death to Pirates! http://img850.imageshack.us/img850/2103/mutes.jpg |

Oh.
No complaints, thats still 10 deaths with no drawback. inb4 teammies killing each other to stock up on scraps for uber runs and repairing their existing damage for 200k while now owning scraps. _________________ 2nd place is just another way to say 1st loser. |

How about if you die you have a chance of having certain amount of items not lose durability?

Give it some time, as I understand the costs for repairs need tweaking. Everything will balance out in the end so that you drop LESS than it costs to repair (preventing the killing teamies exploit) and that pvp will turn out to be more lucrative than scooping a gear glue every kill.
An example, when the system is balanced, killing Jey123456 in his prawn should net you 250m profit in scraps. ^ twice as much rather than scooping a 125m gg21. Also, coins still drop at the same rate when you blow the pod. _________________ Giovani dos Santos ... Olé! |

Obviously scraps are not meant to be a scarce commodity, and this practice would cost more than it would gain you in terms of the repairs necessary. There will soon be plenty of scraps floating around and no need to artificially die in order to get your hands on some. _________________ Hi, I'm Anil, a long-time player turned developer. At 20k a death, I'm willing to lose like 100m+ worth in scraps to be able to have them to carry around. _________________ 2nd place is just another way to say 1st loser. |

I think it's clear that scraps will not be in short supply. Perhaps they'll also drop from AI from time to time, if the market doesn't pick up soon.

if you're worried about people stocking up on scraps now it makes sense to have them all be eradicated once actual money costing repairs are put in...
