Couldn't really think of any name so I simply called it a Frigate. I also don't know much lore on the Delquad race, so whatever. This is more of just what I want to see from an endgame T21 Gunner weapons based Capital Ship. I chose Delquad because, seeing as how it is Frigate-like in design, it would be a glass cannon (which I'm oh so fond of). And yeah, Delquads are T21 entry ships, but hey, whatever. Actually come to think of it, Kalthi may be more appropriate for this, but that would require an entire project devoted to the Kalthi. All inbuilt item names are just place holders. Anyway, here it goes:
T21 Capital Ship Hull: 500 Speed: 70 Augmenter Slots: 3 Weapon Slots: 2 Weight: 3.5 million Resists: Slightly less than EFDread Has a bajillion visibility and reflectivity Inbuilt Items: Delquad Engine, Multipurpose Weapons Bay, Sundering Railguns Inbuilt Stats: +500% Shields, +300% Energy, -50% Rate of Fire, +115% Damage, +10% Elec Delquad Engine: Stats comparable to Capital Engine but perhaps slightly less, gives +15% Elec Multipurpose Weapons Bay: Launcher with a 1.5 second launch time, gives +10% Range, +15% Damage (if not possible just increase inbuilt ship stats) Sundering Railgun: 10 second cooldown SSS. Fires two large bullets that have little tracking and move at 700 speed. Has a range of 4,000, and each each bullet has the knockback power of a High Powered Knocker while doing 10,000 Mining damage. Applies -75% weight, turning, and thrust to the target for .2 seconds (to make sure this is useful on large targets). So yeah, there's my idea of a Frigate type Capital ship. Questions, comments, concerns? EDIT: Swapped out aura for something useful. Let's hear what everyone thinks on this matter. _________________ Blue Dwarf wrote: In space, no one can hear you cha cha cha. If you would also call an RPC a Dread+, then yes, it is.

lol well the RP line of ships are really all dread+'s but they are sooooo much more powerfull than just direct stat increases. The inbuilts on the ships make them super OP for support.
I mainly said PBF+ because its almost a direct stat increase from PBF, unless you specify some cool inbuilt that makes it seriously valuable, i would say that it lacks imagination :X _________________ Death to Pirates! http://img850.imageshack.us/img850/2103/mutes.jpg |

It lost a wep slot!
But yeah, what do you think would be interesting? Hmm. I wonder if it's possible to create an Artillery like SSS that causes knockback on hit with weapons for a short time. I'd happily trade it for that aura. _________________ Blue Dwarf wrote: In space, no one can hear you cha cha cha. |

600 mining DPS at 4000 range, unaffected by augs and skills. Not impressive, not to mention you won't hit a single thing except for stationary targets in your line of sight.

It's meant for large, slow targets that you or your squad wants to keep away through knockback. Also, AP lines you up with the target, allowing for good aim.
But yeah, a small amount of tracking and much higher DPS would be good. I think I may change the SSS to give the target -75% Weight, Turning, and Thrust. This way the target will fly backwards yet not have incredible agility as a result. Thanks for the thoughts. _________________ Blue Dwarf wrote: In space, no one can hear you cha cha cha. |

Stats have been changed, by the way.

Usually the dev team doesn't take suggestions for stats, so I honestly wouldn't bother. If you want it to go in, just make a good suggestion for what the ship would be like, it's purpose, etc.

A relatively fast T21 entry level capital ship with low defenses, but bonuses skewed for using guns over missiles at a range. Has a super that fires two charged (mining) damage projectiles over a long range with decent tracking and splash explosion damage.
Viewed as a Delquad sized Delquad (AI). |

It'd be designed around mainly weps use, a few nice inbuilts with 1 being a wep that knocks back the enemy. And while I'm here, delquadrikapshipamdoron should be its name. And it should take 2 delquads to build. _________________ Blue Dwarf wrote: Statistically, they haven't changed. Except for the beef I gave. |

Actually it doesn't have splash damage. Instead it has huge knockback.
Although, I guess I wouldn't be entirely against AoE damage. _________________ Blue Dwarf wrote: In space, no one can hear you cha cha cha. |
