All open support tickets that were submitted earlier than December 17th at 1:00pm MST should have a response or be resolved by Tuesday at 5:00pm MST (GMT-6?). Tickets that have been open for an extended period of time with actions required by the staff will get an in game item as a thanks for your patience.
Again, I do apologize for the length of time it has taken to respond to tickets this week. We are in the process of training and hiring new people within the support system to better accommodate the growing amount of players.
