Should be

instead of
<mount0>3.0, 0.0, -40.0</mount0>

Thanks for the heads up on this, I've split OS tortoise off into a new index and applied your fix to the normal tortoise.

Maybe we should make a list of ships that need splitting up? The jungle aveksaka seem like a good candidate, since their engines are placed far away for some reason.
