Just open up the trading bay of an ordinary AI base. You'll find that items are of different tiers.
Also, look at commodities that are acquired the same way(specialized trade goods). You'll find that their rarities vary and not in accordance with how abundant that AI is.
There's a lot of inconsistency overall. Could we make a list of mistiered items now?

Iirc item tiers are still work in progress :) I'm quite sure patch notes stated that not all items have correctly assigned tiers.

Let's hope that is the case, Syberian. Primal gear is *only* bested or equaled by Emperor gear, T20 Infernal Darkness gear, and T20 ruins. Would hate to see all that be considered "Junk" or "Common".

You do not call Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros "Junk" tier.

Yup, still a work in progress. If an item hasn't been assigned a tier at all, it will show up as common, which is what happened here with the pzht.
