2. Protectorate members must make an effort to build decently well; T18 and lower base gear including augmenters and kits will be provided for free. If a team does not make an effort to build any defenses they will be expelled from the protectorate.

3. Teams within the Protectorate may not attack each other or other non-aggressive teams

4. Teams within the Protectorate have no obligation to help each other or the host teams in anyway, including defense

5. Membership is free and open to all, as long as you meet the forementioned requirements

Point to a number ty. Oh and i was honestly looking at how a bvb worked, i heard about your attack from Discord, which was also where everyone else heard about it.
