/war anyone with bana ruins. I think this was a very smart way to encourage more conflict in the game. This should be a more common thing every so often could spice up the game a lot.

Also shouldnt the paxian bloodstained be tech 22 since the shittier one is tech 21?

If you're comparing the Paxian Bloodstone Reserve to the Paxian Bloodstone, one is capital ship-only, which is why it is seemingly better.

Yea i have to agree with this, the selenite/lunarian shields for sure need some loving. Also why are the lunarian/selenite shields like the only big bank shields with high vis? I think all big bank shields across the board should have high vis. Make people think twice about using these shields.

This 'main stream content' you're speaking of costs approximately 100-200b to build using many resources so one can build only a couple of those unless he was farming t1-t3 commods for many months. I assume the shield will cost no more than 20b and it's extremely easy to obtain compared to the mainstream content. I don't care what you do with the shields, was just pointing out your balancing awesomeness.

IIRC the Bana Shield costs a lot to extract. That's what we were discussing during design.
