Shawn you just couldnt shut the fuck up lol! Let them give us OP augs dammit! :lol:

I liked the 1st proposed stats much better on UAoD. No idea why shawn would complain about those stats...

Why does it need a nerf? Honest question here I have no idea how bad or good the alein ship is. I haven't bothered going T22 yet but I've felt out classed by those alien ships sometimes.

Ummm... you should feel outclassed by a t22 ship if you're in a t21 ship all the time... not sometimes...

However, a direct answer to your question is that a Bhisaj needs to drop about 300b in augs to surpass an HM.

And even then, the HM has a much higher HPS ceiling than a Bhisaj. Bhisaj only competes in that it has an easier time getting enough elec and shield regeneration to power and sustain healing. But by the same measure, with an HM I can get double the HPS of just about any given Bhisaj, and I can then set another monk to that monk and it will then fully power and sustain double what a ship whose a augs alone vastly overshadow the cost of both my HM monks.

The Heph Machine's downsides (slow speed and relative low hull for a Freighter) are downplayed by the sheer power of the fourth augmenter.

That would be the same as a Seer ship having -50% Radar as compensation for having five augs. Seers already have a natural 45k detection and 150 vision. When the stealthiest enemy just needs 15k detection/25 vision to see, Seer can easily stomach that kind of "downside" to get a 5th aug.

And that's what Support Focus gets to deal with. Support rarely tops 150 speed, and all of them have 8k plus hull on their normal choices. Being slow and having a little less hull are easily downplayed by that fourth aug.

So the road forward is either the HM gets some nasty downsides, or the ship is remade as a 3 aug Freighter.

I guess that's true to that part. My current setup has me moving at a max speed of 47 with barely any room too make big changes anymore. But it depends on your setup.

I used to use a HM+ shm for a very long time with a pos tsu+ as one of the augs, and speed really isn't quite that bad considering the sheer amount of items that counter low speed, like turbos, sing brakes, super phunka ect

Final stats for the Art and Ult augmenters will be shown below. Note that we've reverted the changes to Gunner augs for now since we found that we have to give the Gunner class skills some love instead of just making incredibly powerful augmenters to counter their low baselines.

Edit: Brought the AoG and UAoG in line with each other. Keep in mind they're still up for reworking once we make some decissions on what exactly we want to do with Gunner Class skills.

New AoG: Speed +7%, Damage +30%, Hull Space +13%, Range +30%, Weapon Hold 50%, Electric Tempering -18%

New UAoG: Speed +10%, Damage 35%, Hull Space 20%, Range 35%, Weapon Hold 50%, Elec Temp -30%

Personally I really dislike hull on augs intended for light fighters. Would be cooler to stop doing that and add hull to all LFs instead.

That crit loss on uaos is evil, I actually prefer current stats if its going to lose 15% crit %, since there isn't a huge amount of augs that actually add a decent amount with it being such a vital stat for seer
