Will deathblossom also not target immune targets or targets that get healed by that specific weapon type?

Something to add!
All non-capital ships will have 3 super item slots (up from 2). Superitem slots get increased.. only by one slot???

Let's just say it was a hard fought battle and in the end we managed to finally get an agreement on 1 extra

From what I heard, it sounds like it's only a change to predict whether you can hit that target or not. I see uni regen issues where adressed, has the resource rate been fixed or will we have to do resource explosion again?

No resource explosion will be required, though that specific issue has not fully been addressed yet.
